I used to say, "Well, if you can get some degree of Justice by playing their games and using statutes, then go for it!' But NO MORE!....... and what happened to Koula Rafailidis in the NSW SUPREME COURT, today, is the ULTIMATE ACT of TREACHERY by this person posing as "THE HON JUSTICE STEPHEN ROTHMAN AM" that puts the final NAIL in their COFFIN. Koula has received what is standard practice from the ROADS & MARITIME SERVICES ... a GROSSLY UNLAWFUL and THREATENING LETTER telling her her Driver's Licence has been CANCELLED and DEMANDING MONEY under THREAT of IMPRISONMENT, etc...... with the STATE DEBT RECOVERY OFFICE IMPOSING all these FINES & FORFEITURES. Koula has NEVER been CONVICTED by ANY LAWFUL COURT of ANYTHING ... and yet these "STATUTORY BODIES" think they can "STEAL and KILL and DESTROY" (as the BIBLE says THIEVES only do) to anyone they so choose. IN A PIG'S EYE, THEY CAN! The ONLY way a FREE MAN can suffer any FINES & FORFEITURES is by the LAWFUL JUDGMENT OF HIS EQUALS WHICH IS THE LAW OF THE LAW. NO "JUDGE"..... NO "MAGISTRATE"..... NO "STATUTORY BODY" has ANY JURISDICTION over WE THE PEOPLE. So, on Tuesday, Koula went to the DUTY JUDGE, STEPHEN ROTHMAN demanding an ORDER that the RMS cease and desist their criminal activities He REFUSED.... and when Koula raised the BOILERMAKERS CASE in the High Court in 1955 that ruled "NO STATUTORY BODY CAN ACT JUDICIALLY BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT A CHAPTER III COURT", the "THE HON JUSTICE STEPHEN ROTHMAN AM" abruptly stood up, said "This Court is adjourned" and fled from the ROOM Koula went to the 5th floor Registry where she drew up a SUMMONS with an AFFIDAVIT charging the RMS with EXTORTION. Those documents were filed and the Case Number allocated is 2013/386233. Today, Koula went back to confront him with the SUMMONS & AFFIDAVIT, "THE HON JUSTICE STEPHEN ROTHMAN AM" again, REFUSED Koula any relief or respite from the RMS CAMPAIGN OF TERRORISM and he tried to fob off the BOILERMAKERS CASE as "irrelevant" (if that's the word he used... neither Koula nor I could follow what he said). Then Koula went back to the 5th floor Registry to get some examples of a NOTICE OF MOTION & AFFIDAVIT which went taken to the ground floor foyer where she filled them out... then had the AFFIDAVIT witnessed by a J.P..... then went across the road to make copies... then went back to the 5th floor Registry where the females and males working there REFUSED to file them. Koula then went back to the 9th floor to chase up "THE HON JUSTICE STEPHEN ROTHMAN AM" to have his direct the 5th floor staffers to file those COURT DOCUMENTS.... but he REFUSED to come to "Courtroom" 9A, but sent his male deputy to talk to her. But Koula is a feisty and very astute lady who will NOT BE PUSHED ASIDE. Then the male person told Koula "THE HON JUSTICE STEPHEN ROTHMAN AM" had ORDERED TO LEAVE THE BUILDING or "SECURITY WOULD BE CALLED"... to which I said, "SECURITY? That's CORPORATION talk."...and Koula promptly DEMANDED that the SHERIFFS be called because she wanted HER RIGHTS PROTECTED. Shortly after, "SECURITY" in the form of two obese males showed up, followed by two SHERIFFS ... and Koula (not taking a backward step) gave them all a GOOD DRESSING-DOWN about what their TRUE DUTIES ARE...... and, as to be expected, their usual response is "WE'RE JUST DOING OUR JOB".... and Koula said she was not having anything of the "NUREMBERG DEFENCE"... and more conversation was exchanged. Finally, after 30 minutes or so, I suggested we were not going to achieve anything more on this occasion but we return next week and resume the FIGHT FOR OUR RIGHTS. Then the "SHERIFFS" accompanied Koula down in the lift and out of the LAW COURTS BUILDING, QUEEN'S SQUARE, SYDNEY. Koula undoubtedly earned the respect of the chaps posing as "SHERIFFS" .... and will continue to do so, every time these sessions resume..... and that they certainly will. AND SO, from now one, it's "I DEMAND TRIAL BY JURY" each and every time I have anything to do with any COURT APPEARANCE. We definitely have "EVIL COUNSELLORS, JUDGES AND MINISTERS SUBVERTING AND EXTIRPATING OUR LAWS AN LIBERTIES" throughout the COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA. We've GOT TO get in front of OUR COURT HOUSES with banners and leaflets to "EDUCATE THE PEOPLE HOW TO GOVERN THEMSELVES". So, OUTSIDE and INSIDE OUR COURTS ....... that's where mount our campaign to ABOLISH SLAVERY ... because A FREE MAN HAS THE RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY .... DON'T WE?!?! Yours sincerely, John Wilson.
